Oops, my thoughts wandered. Bring it back to the breathing.

There's those chest pains again.

No, I'm just hungry.

I'm too young to have a heart attack. Right?
BREATHE OUT

I don't think it's anxiety this time. It can't be anxiety.

Thoughts wandered again. Stop it. Just scan the body.

I drifted. I recognise that, but offer no judgement. My thoughts are like clouds on the wind.
